CTL Transportation has named Don Hendricks director of phosphate operations for two of the company’s Florida terminals. Hendricks will oversee total management and strategic planning for both the Tampa terminal and the company’s home terminal in Mulberry, where he will be based.
Hendricks comes to CTL following a 16-year career with one of the largest transportation companies is the United States, where he continually was selected to hold positions of greater responsibility. He began his career in transportation as a professional driver, progressing to fleet manager and later managing a team of fleet managers before accepting the responsibility of managing multiple operating centers and accounting for several hundred co-workers.
