The American Trucking Associations recently presented Greg Koepel, Roehl Transport’s vice president of workforce development and administration, with the Human Resources Professional of the Year award. The award emphasizes human resource practices that make driving a more attractive job by better meeting driver needs.
Koepel says the honor was really a salute to Roehl’s driver compensation, home time and safety and support programs.
