GEOCOMtms, a global provider of fleet management software for local pickup and delivery operations, has announced the rollout of Maximum Choice, a combination of software pricing and deployment options. Purchasing terms include standard license agreements, subscription-based pricing, leasing and pay-per-use options. Customers can choose from onsite installation or software as a service (SaaS) deployment models. Maximum Choice is designed to give companies greater flexibility when choosing new fleet management applications.

“With this strategy, GEOCOMtms is giving companies the ability to purchase and deploy software in whatever way is best for their business,” says Michael Nark, president and chief executive officer of Atlanta-based GEOCOMtms. “They may want to purchase a software license, use a hosted model or outsource fleet management all together. Software providers need to recognize that every customer is different. ‘One size fits all’ no longer works. Offering our customers the most flexible pricing and deployment options available puts GEOCOMtms at the forefront of the software industry.”

For those who prefer that software be installed internally, on their own servers, GEOCOMtms offers three pricing options. Customers may purchase the A.Maze Fleet Management solution via a standard licensing agreement, pay a fixed monthly subscription fee or arrange a lease-purchase plan. Under the SaaS model, pricing is dependent on the type of services the client requires. Services provided by GEOCOMtms include business process outsourcing, application hosting and consulting engagements.

SaaS pricing options include:

  • Business Process Outsourcing – transaction-based fee or hourly rate;
  • Application Hosting – subscription or transaction-based fee; and
  • Consulting Engagement – fixed fee or hourly rate.
