Tri-State Expedited has formed a new truckload division to add to its expedited transportation services. Tri-State, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, says the new division will offer drivers dedicated lanes, 100 percent of fuel surcharge, no trailer usage fee, paid tolls, no charge for base plates, weekly settlements and advances on each load.
