Hub Group on Tuesday, Oct. 24, reported record income from continuing operations for the third quarter of $13.5 million, a 60% increase from the third quarter of 2005. Revenue grew by 11.5% to $432.0 million compared to $387.4 million in 2005.
“We are proud of our results for the quarter,” said David P. Yeager, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Downers Grove, Ill.-based Hub Group. “In addition to strong operating results, we executed our $45 million stock buyback plan and ended the quarter with $32.9 million in cash.”
