Diesel price up by a drip

The national average price of a gallon of diesel climbed slightly 0.1 cent for the week ending Monday, Nov. 20, the U.S. Department of Energy reported. The average price was $2.553, 4 cents higher than the same time last year.

Diesel prices were down in the East Coast, Midwest and Gulf Coast regions, but they jumped 2.4 cents to $2.647 in the Rocky Mountain region and 5.1 cents to $2.724 in the West Coast region. For state-by-state diesel prices, updated daily, click here.
