Schneider National has announced it has received an outstanding service award from DuPont Logistics. Schneider was among 12 carriers recognized this year at the annual DuPont Carrier Safety conference in Wilmington, Del.

DuPont Logistics recognized Schneider’s One-Way service for the award, citing superior performance in a number of areas in 2005, including zero distribution incidents and customer complaints, billing and invoicing accuracy, claims ratio and transit time service performance. Schneider has worked with DuPont Logistics since 1998 and also provides intermodal and bulk services to the company.

“Schneider’s accomplishments exceeded our expectations in 2005 and helped us meet the demands of our customers,” says Josh Brosious, buyer for DuPont Logistics. “This award recognizes the results they’ve achieved and the knowledge and efficiency they have consistently delivered to our organization.”

“This award from DuPont Logistics underscores Schneider’s commitment to providing world-class service to customers at every level of the relationship – from administration to on-time deliveries,” says Dan Van Alstine, senior vice president of enterprise sales for Green Bay, Wis.-based Schneider National. “Knowing that the efforts of our associates add value to DuPont and its customers is appreciated, and we are grateful for the honor.”
