Any driver employed by a Tennessee Trucking Association member company is eligible for nomination at Tennessee Driver of the Year. The driver should have an exemplary driving record and represent the best aspects of the driving profession.
The winner of the award will be honored at the annual Tennessee Truck Driving Championships banquet. He or she then will go on to compete against other states’ drivers for the national ATA Driver of the Year Award.
