The Truckload Carriers Association will hold its inaugural Leadership Summit in Chicago on Tuesday July 17, and Wednesday, July 18. The day-and-a-half meeting will focus on changing cultures within trucking companies.
Bill Webb, senior vice president of FFE Transportation Services and founder of the Blue Flame Project leadership program, will facilitate the discussion among industry leaders about how they have successfully brought about cultural change within their own organizations. The summit also features experimental exercises to challenge attendees.
The program will be held at the Four Points Sheraton O’Hare, beginning at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, and ending at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18. The cost is $295 for TCA carrier members, $495 for carrier nonmembers and TCA associate members, and $595 for associate nonmembers. Discounts apply for additional attendees from the same company.
