Getloaded.com, an Internet load board for the transportation industry, announced that it will offer its core services to motor carriers via cell phone. With this new service, Getloaded.com members will be able to access services virtually anywhere they can get a cell signal. The service is currently available on any web-enabled cell phone. Users simply click on the icons and follow the instruction prompts.

“We wanted to offer mobile services because the industry is mobile,” said Bryan Jones, president of Getloaded.com, “this better enables our motor carrier partners to find freight anytime, anywhere, fast, even without a computer connection.”

Getloaded.com mobile enables users to search and post for loads by city. Users can also save searches so that previous searches can be accessed again. Getloaded.com mobile is compatible on nearly any cell phone model.
