Ryder System recently announced that it ranked 25th on the 2007 InformationWeek 500. The ranking was revealed recently at a gala awards ceremony, part of the exclusive InformationWeek 500 conference in Tucson, Ariz. Ryder also ranked second among its peers in the transportation and logistics category. In 2006, Ryder was ranked 41st overall and fifth in its industry category.
