Budget Truck and Auto says its graphics department and technicians now are able to design and apply cut graphics and wraps for vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Wraps are created to reproduce graphics after accident damage and to offer logos and full identification packages for customers who wish to craft, update or completely change their vehicle’s exterior appearance.

The company says it currently has more than 15 types of products available with digital printing, including cut graphics and full-color wraps, mass-produced stickers, perforated window decals and static-cling decals. Budget Truck and Auto’s graphics department also provides additional products created with digital printing: full-color banners up to 54 inches wide, full-color wall and floor graphics, laptop skins and menu boards, in addition to several others.

According to Budget Truck and Auto, the process uses a high-performance vinyl with an air release coating on the back. The vinyl can be glossy or matte, and it comes like a sticker. Once printed, the vinyl is laminated to protect the surface. Technicians carefully plan and measure before the backing is peeled off the vinyl. Turnaround time for a typical wrap ranges from eight to 16 hours, and most cut graphic packages can be installed in one to three hours, the company says.

Budget Truck and Auto provides collision repair, fire restoration, custom and factory painting, and fleet services for trucks, buses, autos, RVs, fleet vehicles and construction equipment. The company’s 45,000-square-foot facility, located in Janesville, Wis., 15 miles north of Illinois, is one of the largest in North America. The company also features the Gold Medallion Centurion Frame Machine for straightening the largest vehicles. For more information, call 800-524-6113 or go to www.budgettruckandauto.com.
