RigMaster Power Corp. on May 7 announced the launch of its new website, www.rigmasterpower.com. The company says the website has an updated look and feel, new content and tools for both drivers and fleets.
Some of the site enhancements include an easy-to-use fuel savings analysis, links to government and industry websites, and access to product support material, according to RigMaster; the website also boasts a number of new pages, including a product tour, a “choose your model” section and company background information, including an interactive history timeline.
“Our customers’ online needs have changed over the years,” says Amy Egerter, marketing and communication manager for Toronto-based RigMaster. “The new site is more interactive to improve the customer experience and give them the resources to make informed business decisions about our product. We have always strived to build a product that meets the needs of the industry, and now with the new website, we are able to expand our focus into new channels of support for our customers. It will also keep us more connected to our customers, with a photo gallery where RigMaster owners can submit pictures of themselves, and a sign-up form to receive RigMaster news.”
