SelecTrucks is offering a fuel card valued at up to $2,000 on purchases of mid-roof Freightliner Columbia trucks powered by the fuel-efficient Mercedes-Benz 4000 engine. The company says the combined benefits of the vehicle aerodynamics and the engines make the trucks suited for reducing fuel costs by increasing efficiency.
“We understand our customers are dealing with unprecedented fuel costs, so we want to provide both short-term help with the fuel card and long-term help by emphasizing the importance of efficient trucks and engines,” says Drew Backeberg, manager of marketing and customer support at Fort Mill, S.C.-based Daimler Trucks Remarketing Corp.
The fuel card offer runs through Dec. 31. Customers should contact their local SelecTrucks Center for more details.
