GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services announced that it launched its all-new my.FleetOffice in celebration of 11 years of providing online fleet management tools to customers. With a new name, new look, new navigation and new functionality, the new design is organized by drivers, vehicles and reports, and includes multilanguage access, according to the company.
GE says its technical advisory board provided input through design workshops to ensure that the new navigation addresses customers’ workflows – from ordering to remarketing – covering the United States, Canada and Mexico. A single-screen layout flows through all customer applications, making transition between workflow steps smooth and fast, the company says.
“The new design allows for multiple tasks to be worked on at one time without having to navigate through screens,” says Eric Hjerpe, digitization manager for Eden Prairie, Minn.-based GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services.
Through its 11-year online history, GE says it has reached five million customer page hits per year; 30,000 individual customer users; and now 14 customer-facing modules that address the complete vehicle lifecycle. Recent enhancements, according to the company, include:
