Prime Inc. driver named Missouri’s 2009 Driver of the Year

Prime Inc. announced that Harvey Williams, an independent contractor in the company’s refrigerated division, has been named Missouri’s 2009 Driver of the Year. Williams, a team driver with his wife, Sue, has driven more than 6 million accident-free miles.

“Safe driving is one of the most important factors in choosing a driver of the year,” says Don Lacy, director of safety for Springfield, Mo.-based Prime Inc. “Hard work, dedication and productivity complete the criteria. Harvey Williams’ superior record and work ethic make him a worthy recipient of this award. We are proud to have him as a member of our Prime family.”
