Prophesy Transportation Solutions, an Accellos company, announced that Accellos One Pulse, Accellos’ newly released business intelligence solution, is available for use with Prophesy DispatchSeries trucking software products.
Accellos One Pulse is a business intelligence solution aimed at increasing the availability and visibility of a business’ key performance indicators (KPIs), according to Prophesy; Pulse displays KPIs through an easy-to-use graphical interface, allowing users to obtain a real-time snapshot view of their daily operations, follow company trends and know immediately when various actions are required.
Pulse continuously feeds focused, practical information to the user through simple tools such as graphs, charts, gauges and tables, the company says; all KPIs are fully configurable and filterable according to several criteria and can be grouped logically and sorted for maximum efficiency. The resulting data can be exported to a variety of formats, including XLS, PDF, DOC and CSV, Prophesy says; advanced users also can create custom KPIs using SQL statements.
The initial release of the Prophesy DispatchSeries adapter for Pulse includes 25 standard KPIs such as gross revenue, deadhead percent, driver miles, driver revenue, revenue per mile and booked loads; additional DispatchSeries KPIs are planned for future development.
