Whiting Systems Inc. has announced a new “Pay Per Wash” operational agreement that includes all of the company’s services — including automatic large vehicle washes, cleaning detergents, service reporting and analysis — for a low price per wash. The price range is between $8 and $16 per wash and is based upon the number of monthly washes a customer will guarantee for the term of the agreement.

“This is our version of an economic stimulus package for our customers,” says Russ Whiting, president of Whiting Systems, based in Alexander, Ark. “We truly believe we can help clients earn a greater profit by improving their wash costs, wash quality and wash time, so we are taking the capital investment risk out of the equation. This program is proven, and we now have the capital and support structure to provide more competitive pricing and thus greater value to our customers.”

Whiting says customers have a wide range of reasons for washing, including image, advertising, preventive maintenance, reduction of fines, and attracting customers and drivers. “We are asking companies to compare existing wash costs to ours, and make a business decision,” he says. “It’s the same as hiring local independent contractors to hand wash, except we use automated equipment, which is less expensive and faster, and the legal liability is far less. Once that connection is made, we can do what we do best — earn the business.”
