AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a North American provider of fleet management services, has named Jack Summerville vice president of Carrier Services, responsible for developing long-term partnerships with the for-hire carrier community in the United States and Canada.
Summerville — who will report to Jim Guice, senior vice president — most recently served as vice president of Financial Services for the Cherry Hill, N.J.-based company. Before joining AmeriQuest, he worked in the construction and transportation industries, most recently as senior vice president with RDO Equipment Co., and earlier with Budget Truck Rental and Ryder Systems Inc.
