R H. Sheppard has added video service instructions to its website detailing how to repair the company’s steering gears. These videos show basic gear operation, troubleshooting and various repair procedures. They can be seen at www.rhsheppard.com; click on the “service” tab, then “videos.
All of the videos are designed to help service technicians install and/or repair a wide array of parts that R H. Sheppard has to offer. “This doesn’t take the place of the tech hotline – it has been created to enhance the tech hotline,” says Mike Long, field service manager. “We thought it would be a great option for service techs to be able to view the procedures and information online, as sometimes pictures are better than words.”
