Phillips Industries, as part of its global markets initiatives while maintaining a strong presence in North America, has promoted three members of its OE/OES sales team.

Ron Alvarez, as global sales manager – OEM/OES, will assume additional responsibilities for the development of global OEM markets, while continuing to direct the sales efforts for Phillips’ OEM/OES customers in North America. Alvarez joined Phillips in 2008 as OES and international sales manager and was promoted to his previous position as OEM/OES and international sales manager in 2010.

Dan Wallace has been promoted to sales manager OE Trailer–North America, and Steve Davis has been promoted to sales manager OES/OEM Truck-North America. Both Wallace and Davis will continue to report Alvarez in their new positions. Wallace has been with Phillips since 1996, most recently holding the position of account manager prior to his promotion. Account managers Jake Bowman and Randy Therneau will report to Wallace under the new organization. Davis began his career with Phillips in 1998.

“We are continuing to identify people in our organization along with pursuing partnerships throughout the world that can help us expand globally” says Rob Philips, vice president of global operations. “Ron, Dan and Steve have shown their dedication to our success and we’re pleased to announce their promotions.”
