FleetPride acquires Fleet Supply Warehouse

FleetPride Inc., an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced that it acquired Fleet Supply Warehouse in Houston. Fleet Supply Warehouse is owned by XL Parts, a Houston-based direct-to-the-installer automotive parts supplier.

FleetPride says this purchase, terms of which were not announced, includes only XL Parts’ heavy-duty parts operation doing business as as Fleet Supply Warehouse; XL Parts will retain its automotive locations. The FSW operation currently is being merged into FleetPride’s Houston branch located at 9133 Wallisville Road.
