Panther Expedited Services Inc. has announced sign-on bonuses for solo and team owner-operators, as well as fleet owners. Effective immediately, owner-operators will receive $2,500 for straight trucks and $4,000 for tractors. Team owner-operators will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for straight trucks and $8,000 for tractors.
“We partner with the best contractors in the industry, and we’re willing to make an investment in their businesses,” says Jeff Garra, director of recruiting for the Seville, Ohio-based company. “We hope our bonus structure will give an added incentive to the owner-operator looking for a better opportunity and to the fleet owner who is ready to expand.”
Garra says that through Panther’s Lease/Purchase program, contractors also will be able to purchase a tractor with no money down, no credit check and affordable weekly or monthly payments.
