A. Duie Pyle was the recipient of The FSL Group’s 2010 Carrier of the Year Award. The award for outstanding service performance was presented to A. Duie Pyle for its strong performance and overall consistency in providing exemplary service to customers. To qualify for the award, Pyle met or exceeded all areas of expectations ranging from responsive customer service and consistent service to user-friendly technology and documented processes for claims prevention and security.

The award was presented at the corporate offices of The FSL Group in Stockbridge, Ga. On hand to receive the award was Jim Latta, A. Duie Pyle owner and vice president of business development.
