Fleet One, a provider of fuel cards and fleet-related payment solutions to businesses and government agencies with vehicles, announced that Suzi Earhart has been hired for the newly-created position of vice president of customer experience. Earhart has spent most of her career in customer service organizations, most recently as senior director of customer care desktop products at Asurion.
“Fleet One has long been viewed as a leader in customer service, and adding Suzi to the team will enhance Fleet One’s focus on our customers overall experience with Fleet One,” says Ted Sanft, senior vice president of technology. “With Suzi’s extensive experience leading customer service organizations, we plan to be viewed as the leader in customer service and overall customer experience.”
The Nashville, Tenn.-based company also announced the addition of three new Over The Road account executives to its sales and marketing department:
• Maya Barnes previously worked for almost six years with VF Imagewear in its customer support division. Prior positions include Legal Intake Professionals, T-Mobile, MCI WorldCom and Bell South Telecom.
• Kellie Ciprian comes from Columbus Carpet Mills, where she worked as a claims and collection coordinator. Prior to that, Ciprian was a loan processor and collector with Mercury Finance in Columbus, Ga., and served as a loan officer with Premier Mortgage Funding in Franklin, Tenn.
• Patrick “Kyle” Miller most recently has been a supervisor with Starbucks Coffee Co. Prior to Starbucks, Miller was instructor of guest relations at the Lost Valley Resort Guest Ranch in Sedalia, Colo.
