SAF-Holland announced that it has strengthened its business in the Middle East as well as North and Central Africa through the founding of a subsidiary in Dubai. Marc Rauchmann, who previously worked for the SAF-Holland Aftermarket Business Unit, has been named the company’s managing director.

With the new regional setup, SAF-Holland says customers will have the opportunity to communicate in their native language, access local training facilities and enjoy local business hours and local ways of working with quick reactions to customer requests.

“Our strengthened presence in the Middle East and Africa will improve order-to-delivery lead times, parts availability and lead to better back-order recovery,” says Alexander Geis, president of the SAF-Holland Aftermarket Business Unit. “All of this will result in enhanced customer support.”
