Concert Group Logistics, a Downers Grove, Ill.-based provider of worldwide freight services, recently opened its office in Dulles, Va., under the leadership of Jim Brech. Situated in the Washington, D.C. market, Brech specializes in government, government contractor and emergency response shipping. An industry veteran of 30 years, he was previously in charge of global operations at a logistics company.
