Truck Enterprises Lynchburg, the Lynchburg based dealership of Truck Enterprises Inc., has been named Kenworth’s Customer Support Dealer of the Year for the Northeast Region. The award recognizes the region’s top dealer in regards to outstanding parts and service support.
“[Truck Enterprises Lynchburg] achieved a top 10 finish for the Paccar parts quota, had the second-highest overall facilities score and had strong results for their call center and Kenworth Customer Service Score in 2010, “ says Steve Smith, national sales manager, Kenworth.
In addition to the Dealer of the Year recognition, Truck Enterprises Lynchburg also received Kenworth’s Gold Award for its continued commitment to outstanding customer support. Ted Rose, vice president and corporate parts director, accepted the awards at the annual parts and service meeting.
