ModusLink names Nightingale president, sales and marketing

ModusLink Global Solutions Inc., which designs and executes value chain strategies for technology and consumer goods companies, announced that Thomas Nightingale has been appointed president of sales and marketing effective Dec. 15. Nightingale will lead ModusLink’s global sales and marketing efforts with a focus on growing revenue and solidifying ModusLink’s position as a leading solutions provider to global brands.

Nightingale has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. Most recently he was the chief marketing officer for Con-way Inc., where he was instrumental in growing the company’s market share and profitability, creating an enterprise sales program and leading a global rebrand that included the integration of three companies. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Schneider National, Clareon, CSX and United Parcel Service.
