Prophesy Transportation Solutions, a provider of trucking and logistics software solutions to the transportation industry, announced the release of a new version of its fleet maintenance package, FleetTrax Premier, designed to increase functionality by adding advanced reporting and organizational capabilities and enhanced integration to the Prophesy DispatchSeries.
The latest launch also adds integration to the Quickbooks Pro accounting solution, allowing users to post transactions such as purchase orders, shipments, work orders, returns and parts. Users also will able to export account information, maintenance codes, charges and customer and vendor information from FleetTrax to Quickbooks.
Other notable enhancements to FleetTrax Premier, according to Prophesy, include:
• An Inventory Audit Worksheet that shows all in-stock parts stored in FleetTrax. Users can print this report to cross-check the data with their physical inventory, aiding organization; and
• Access to Parts History, a new feature that lists any parts that have been added or removed from the inventory
