Tramec announced a joint venture with Heavy Duty Suspension Suppliers Corp. Grupo Suspension in Mexico. The joint venture, which is named Tramec HDSS, headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, is a standalone business and a subsidiary of Tramec, located in Iola, Kan.
