Hill Brothers Transportation announced a pay increase for all company solo drivers, company team drivers and owner-operators.

Effective immediately, solo company drivers will receive a 2 cents-per-mile increase to base pay, which equals up to 41 cents per mile with bonuses. Company team drivers will receive a 1 cent-per-mile increase, which equals up to 55 cents per mile with bonuses, split between the team. Owner-operators will receive a 3 cents-per-mile increase, which equals 96.5 cents per mile to more than $1.14 per mile with bonuses, for loaded miles, depending on length of trip.

“We’re giving pay raises in recognition of all the hard work and efforts put forth day in and day out,” says Al Hill. “The raise is in part a result of the cooperation employee drivers have displayed in saving fuel and by watching idle time and following fuel solutions. We see this as an investment in our drivers, which is the best investment we can make for the long-range success of our company.”

Hill Brothers also offers fuel surcharges for owner-operators, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new team drivers and $1,000 to $1,200 in referral bonuses.
