Peterson Manufacturing and Peterson’s Maxi-Seal Harness Systems division announced two executive promotions within their management teams.

Tom Lynch, formerly a senior quality engineer at Peterson, moves up to the position of manager-OEM accounts, responsible for motorcycle product sales and program development while leading Peterson’s sales efforts with Harley-Davidson. Lynch joined Peterson in 2008 following experience at General Electric and Coca-Cola.

“Tom has done a great job within the Peterson Harley-Davidson Team,” says Steve Meagher, Peterson vice president of sales. “He’s built a strong working relationship within the team and understands the needs and daily challenges of a highly valued customer. His significant manufacturing and quality experience prepares him well to take us to a new level with Harley.”

At Peterson’s Maxi-Seal division, Kevin Cornelius has been named the new general manager, heading up the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining Maxi-Seal as engineering manager in 2009, Cornelius had logged more than seven years in the same capacity for another major harness manufacturer. In addition to his management duties, he will remain heavily involved in developing Maxi-Seal product innovations.
