Roush CleanTech names Bates director, strategic accounts

Roush CleanTech, a provider of propane autogas vehicle technology, announced the appointment of Eric Bates as director of strategic accounts, responsible for increasing the number of Roush CleanTech trucks and vans in Fortune 500 fleets fueled by domestic propane autogas.

“Eric brings years of propane autogas industry expertise to the table, and we are delighted to have him join our company,” says Todd Mouw, vice president of sales and marketing for Roush CleanTech. “His wealth of industry knowledge will benefit our ever-increasing list of fleet customers.”

Bates, who has more than 20 years in the propane industry, filled numerous strategic roles in his years at Ferrellgas, the nation’s second-largest provider of propane energy solutions. His varied responsibilities included director of national accounts, national director of autogas and director of sales in the western region. Additionally, Bates served as autogas business development manager and senior national account manager in his years serving the propane distributor.
