Esco’s Model 20425 pneumatic truck tire bead breaker is designed to eliminate the need to lift and turn the truck tire/wheel assembly over to break the second bead; simply roll the tire/wheel assembly into the bead breaker to break both beads at the same time in seconds. Model 20425 is powered by standard shop or tire service truck air at 100 psi to develop a bead breaking force of more than 5,000 pounds.
The unit will handle all truck tire/wheel sizes from 19.5 through 24.5 inches, including super singles and wide-base tire/wheels. The bead breaker has a shop floor footprint of 28-by-32 inches and can be installed on power liftgates of tire service trucks.
