With legal battles looming with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association and others, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s cross-border pilot program has added two new members since the middle of October, bringing the total number of Mexican carriers participating in the program to nine.
A federal court is scheduled to hear oral arguments Dec. 6 in a consolidated case brought by OOIDA against the program.
