To assist with COVID-19 safety and economic recovery, Verizon Connect is offering new and existing fleet customers with small and medium-size businesses three months of free service for its fleet management platform and intelligent video system.
“Knowing where your vehicles, employees and assets are and helping them operate efficiently, productively, and safely gives businesses peace of mind, particularly during this devastating pandemic,” said Andrés Irlando, senior vice president of Verizon Connect.
With the platform, fleets can track vehicle location on a live map, monitor driving behavior, and help reduce costs for vehicle maintenance and fuel. With the intelligent video system fleets can view video footage of harsh driving events, coach drivers on better behaviors and protect against false accident claims.
The company is also offering free service through September to new and existing customers that use its field management systems Reveal Field and Reveal Field Plus. The systems have features to increase communication by alerting when a technician is delayed and automatically notify customers to keep them informed, and track job performance using a dashboard.
