00:24 Relay Payments, modern payment solutions provider for the trucking and logistics industries, has a new truckstop partner. Love’s Travel Stops is now part of the Relay Payments fraud-free digital payment network.
Relay’s network also includes Pilot, Maverik, Yesway, AMBEST, Onvo and more. The fintech company, which provides over-the-road payments for fuel, scales, cash advances and lumpers, has processed millions of transactions with zero instances of fraud since its launch in 2023.
The company aims to increase hours of service and improve the driver experience.
Relay’s CEO (Ryan Droege) said, “Our mission is to build an end-to-end digital payments network designed specifically for the trucking and logistics industry, helping fleets and drivers keep more of their earnings and reduce frustrations.”
01:14 EROAD, a provider of fleet management, electronic logging and telematics solutions, rolls out a new dash camera.
The Clarity Edge AI Dashcam is a three-in-one video-based solution to help fleets enhance safety and fleet management programs. It offers advanced driver behavior, distraction and fatigue management within a single fleet management platform. Detecting a wide range of behaviors, it gives fleet managers multiple options to monitor and manage road events and behaviors as they see fit.
Key features include:
• Capture of critical events in high definition and easy video sharing
• Customizable driver behavior monitoring options
• Real-time alerts to drivers with in-cab voice alerts and configurable coaching
• Sophisticated risk management through manager notifications and escalation options
• And a streamlined review process with automated behavior tags
02:20 Fleet inspection and maintenance software provider Whip Around has a new API integration with the GPS tracking solution Linxup. This partnership offers fleet managers a comprehensive solution that combines Whip Around's inspection and maintenance capabilities with Linxup's real-time tracking and telematics data.
The integration enables fleet professionals to know when to create work orders in Whip Around based on DTC and defect data from Linxup; set up preventative maintenance schedules using accurate mileage and engine hour data from Linxup; and autofill Whip Around inspection forms with odometer readings from Linxup, reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy
A future phase of the API integration will allow fleet professionals to access real-time asset location data directly within the Whip Around platform.
03:10 Tai Software, a transportation management system for freight brokers, unveils a partnership with Denim, a technology-enabled freight factoring partner for brokers.
This two-way digital integration lets users send important job details from Tai to Denim with a single click. Load details are created as jobs within Denim’s portal to eliminate duplicative data entry. In return, Denim updates payment status and dates inside Tai’s platform, giving brokers a clear view of both payables and receivables.
This integration helps freight brokers save time on freight billing, reduce manual invoicing errors and get paid faster.
