A dump truck driver involved in a deadly crash in Colorado is facing charges for the fiery wreck.
Denver police say Juan Herrera-Morales collided with an SUV on Interstate 25 in May which caused the vehicle to ride up on top of a concrete barrier and burst into flames, killing 65-year-old driver, James Schuppe. One other person riding with Schuppe was injured with severe burns.
During his arraignment hearing next month, Herrera-Morales will be charged with careless driving causing death and two counts of careless driving causing injury, according to 9news.com.
Flames from the SUV easily spread to the dump truck since both vehicles came to a stop side-by-side on the shoulder of the highway following the collision.
