“Thousands of carriers already save money and improve their cash flow by participating in RXO Extra’s factoring and fuel discount programs,” said Tom Reid, Vice President at RXO. “Now, those carriers – and many more – will also have access to an exclusive brokerage experience designed to help them generate additional revenue and maximize their earning potential through RXO.”
Kempower, Windrose, and EV Realty validate megawatt charging system (MCS) interoperability

Kempower, Windrose, and EV Realty have successfully completed a high-power charging session using the Megawatt Charging System (MCS).
The test, conducted at EV Realty’s San Bernardino Powered Properties hub, utilized a 1,200 kW Kempower Power Unit and liquid-cooled Mega Satellite dispensers. Capable of delivering 1.2 MW of continuous output, the system is designed to reduce dwell time for long-haul electric trucks.
The MCS standard, based on ISO15118-20 ethernet communication, is being hailed as the USB-C of the trucking world. Windrose CEO Wen Han noted that the technology offers both faster energy transfer and more secure data exchange, providing a universal solution for global markets.
As manufacturers like Windrose and Tesla bring MCS-compatible trucks to market, ensuring interoperability between vehicles and hardware is critical. The test confirmed that Kempower’s hardware can reliably deliver the massive power required for heavy-duty transit. EV Realty is developing sites to serve any heavy-duty truck, regardless of manufacturer.
“This confirms we will be ready for real-world MCS charging when the trucks hit the road later this year,” said Suncheth Bhat, CCO of EV Realty. The San Bernardino site is scheduled to open next month, coinciding with Windrose’s initial deliveries to customers in California and Texas.
