Tesla is continuing its push to introduce the Semi to more fleet operators, with the all-electric Class 8 truck scheduled to make appearances at two public events next week.
Tesla Semi Business Development Manager Jason Gies announced on LinkedIn that a production-spec 2026 Tesla Semi will be on display at the Mid-Atlantic Clean Cities & Communities (MACCCE) Advanced Transportation Summit & Expo in Harrisonburg, Virginia, from July 21-23. The truck will also be featured during a "Meet Semi" event at Tesla's Naperville showroom outside Chicago on July 20-21.
The MACCCE summit brings together commercial fleets, government agencies, and clean transportation stakeholders from across the Mid-Atlantic. The Tesla Semi will be exhibited alongside a variety of zero-emission commercial vehicles, including the Volvo VNR Electric, Blue Bird electric school buses, Chevrolet electric work trucks, Harbinger electric step vans, and other battery-electric utility and municipal vehicles.

According to Gies, members of Tesla's Semi team will be available throughout the conference to answer questions about fleet operations and provide attendees with an up-close look at the production truck. The event is expected to draw fleet representatives from Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and the greater Washington, D.C., area.

Tesla will also host a dedicated "Meet Semi" event at its Naperville location, where prospective customers can speak directly with the company's commercial vehicle team about fleet deployment, charging, and operational considerations.

The upcoming appearances are part of Tesla's broader effort to expand awareness of the Semi as production ramps up and the customer base grows beyond its initial launch partners. In recent weeks, the company has displayed the truck at the Port Laredo Global Trade Summit in Texas, announced additional deployments through Forum Mobility and ATC Logistics, and expanded its Semi Charging for Business program to support larger commercial fleet operations.
