HWT contributor Don Burke leads Transflo’s operations, implementation and technical services, consulting, and project management organization. In 1999, he joined the company leading the training and project management organization, has held a variety of leadership roles within the company, and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2013. Previously, he served as vice president at The Summit Group, a consulting organization specializing in business process automation and process effectiveness to Fortune 500 firms. His leadership includes 30 years of IT, project management, and consulting experience, and he is known for building and managing profitable service organizations.
