Fleet One adds to over-the-road sales force

Five new employees recently joined the over-the-road sales force for Fleet One, a Nashville, Tenn.-based provider of financial service solutions to companies with fleets of vehicles and the merchants that serve them.

“These experienced professionals bring much talent and diversity to our sales team as we grow our company’s fuel and cash provision services for the transportation industry,” says Harold Edwards, Fleet One’s director of sales.

  • Katey Lund joins Fleet One as an account executive. Prior to joining Fleet One, she worked in sales for two area hotels, where she was responsible for growing the corporate client base and specials events bookings. Lund is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
  • Marietta Labauve joins as an account executive, having serving as Internet sales manager for Honda, where she was named the top salesperson for two years and was a member of the Council of Sales Leadership Silver Level for receiving 100 percent customer satisfaction ratings. Labauve is a graduate of the University of Louisiana.
  • Also joining as an account executive is Courtney Pinger. Prior to Fleet One, Pinger was the in-dealership program facilitator for Honda. A University of Tennessee graduate, she also has worked with MedSolutions, where she coordinated programs with healthcare systems and facilities across the country.
  • Veronica Batey comes to Fleet One as an associate account executive with a background in advertising sales, including The Tennessean, where she exceeded all department sales quotas and was named the Director’s Circle winner in 2002. Batey is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
  • Also joining as an associate account executive is Benjamin Stancliff, who brings retail sales and real estate sales and management experience to the company. He has held sales positions with Radio Shack, Cendant and Dell Computers, where he had the highest sales quota attainment of 220 percent.
