FMCSA updates carrier safety report

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has updated its Motor Carrier Safety Report that includes safety inspections and other data through March 2007. The truck out-of-service rate is down slightly from 23.7 percent in all of 2006 to 22.7 percent for the first quarter of this year.
