Affiliated Computer Services introduced HireWorks, an automated recruitment and retention application the company says offers intelligent online data management. HireWorks helps applicants and users to manage and capture critical hiring information, including U.S. Department of Transportation-required release forms, gaps in employment, and an actual DOT compliant signature.
Individual company websites serve as a gateway to the HireWorks network, which tracks, processes and stores valuable driver/applicant information. The program offers a driver qualification file management program that issues alerts for missing or expiring information, while helping to eliminate faxing. The system can be customized to meet detailed hiring criteria for each company.
HireWorks is part of a suite of applications offered by ACS’ Expedited Solutions group. Others include AdWorks, an online ad verification and management system; CallWorks, a desktop recruiting tool to track and access calls; and WebWorks, an internet-based marketing program.
