Chicken fried steak promotion raises $49,000 for USO

Petro Stopping Centers’ recent promotion to raise money for the United Services Organization raised $48,842. Petro representatives recently presented a check to the USO at the group’s club in Fort Bliss, Texas.

Petro pledged $1 to the USO for every chicken fried steak dinner ordered in the month of May, and also sold “I Support our Troops” window clings, with all proceeds going to the USO.
