Pressure Systems International has chosen Old Dominion Freight Line as its Fleet of the Year for 2007. The presentation was made to Thomas Newby, ODFL’s director of field maintenance, during the Technology & Maintenance Council Fall Meeting in Nashville, Tenn.
Old Dominion, based in Thomasville, N.C., was recognized by San Antonio-based PSI for its longstanding and continued loyalty to the Meritor Tire Inflation System by PSI. ODFL began spec’ing MTIS for its trailers in 2003 and now has 7,500 trailers and dollies equipped with the system.
