Tennessee steps up enforcement on speeding trucks

Tennessee law enforcement officials recently announced they have begun “extra diligent” enforcement of truck speed limits, effectively immediately. The increased enforcement comes on the heels of 14 tractor-trailer rollover accidents, 13 of which were believed to be a result of excessive speeds.

The primary focus of the crackdown is the Nashville metropolitan area, where the rollovers occurred.
