CargoWise edi, a provider of integrated international supply chain logistics management systems, has been selected to implement a global enterprise solution for DSV Air & Sea, the multinational freight forwarding division of DSV A/S. DSV A/S has 19,000 employees in more than 50 countries with a worldwide annual turnover of 4.8 billion euro. DSV Air & Sea has an annual turnover of 1.2 billion euro and employs almost 2,700 people.
CargoWise edi will be supplying DSV Air & Sea with its ediEnterprise system, a highly modular enterprise-class system designed to automate and streamline the operations and management of engaged forwarding, customs brokerage, contract warehousing and international logistics systems. The integration of its front- and back-office systems will be global, and begins with its operations in Canada and Germany.
