“We recognized that to meet the growing needs of our customers, we needed to increase our parts and service capacity,” says Estel Brackett, owner. “We couldn’t just rely on a parts counter anymore, and that meant investing in a new parts showroom. We also needed to increase our service capacity, and that required doubling the number of service bays. This much larger facility also benefits our employees as well, as they now enjoy a larger space to work and collaborate.”
The new full-service facility of Utility Trailer Sales of the Ozarks is located adjacent to Interstate 44, Highway 65 and Exit 82A. Comprised of 25,000 square feet situated on five acres, the facility offers both new and used trailer sales, parts and service. The parts department now features a new showroom and is fully stocked, while technicians have access to the dealership’s 10 new service bays.
